Hello everyone! Thank you for joining us on our special day. We have a room block set up for Thursday, April 23rd through Sunday, April 26th. We highly recommend staying at the resort, as the ceremony and reception will be held at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta. There will also be an optional Farewell Party on Saturday, April 25th. Please note that the room block is only available for a minimum stay of three days - if you would like to stay for a shorter duration, please book your room without the room block code. The hotel is all inclusive - when booking rooms, please ensure the correct number of guests are on the reservation. Check in is at 3pm, and check out is at 12pm. However, if you arrive earlier or depart later, you may store your luggage at no extra cost and still access all restaurants, pools, and other all-inclusive amenities.

Travel

We highly recommend utilizing Uber during your stay in Puerto Vallarta as it is fast, cheap, and reliable. When arriving at the airport, please note that the uber pick-up location is across the pedestrian bridge on the left-hand side as you exit the terminal. If preferred, the resort also offers a bookable airport shuttle service for an additional fee.

The attire for the wedding is Beach Formal. The ceremony is on the beach, and the reception will be held on an outdoor, partially covered patio. Please see example attire below!

What is the Dress Code?

The attire for our farewell party is Cocktail Casual - sundresses, polished separates, jackets optional. No formalwear required.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP for both the wedding and farewell party no later than January 31, 2026.

What Time Should I Arrive for the Ceremony?

We ask that you arrive on the beach and begin taking your seats no later than 4:00pm.

Is it OK to take pictures with my phone during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

The deadline to book through the room block is February 28th, 2026. If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, please reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding - they may be able to accommodate you in a room outside of our block.
